An eSIM is a digital SIM built into a compatible device. AxureSIM lets you install a prepaid travel data plan without inserting a physical SIM card.

After purchase, open My eSIMs or use the QR code delivered to your email. In your device settings, choose Add eSIM, scan the QR code and follow the prompts. Keep a stable internet connection during installation.

Confirm that the phone supports eSIM, is carrier-unlocked and has an internet connection. Make sure the QR code has not already been installed. If scanning fails, use the manual eSIM code available in My eSIMs.

Select the AxureSIM line for mobile data, follow the plan’s data-roaming and APN instructions, temporarily disable Wi-Fi and restart the device. Confirm that you are at the destination and within a supported network area.

A travel eSIM provides convenient prepaid data, fast digital delivery and the ability to keep your primary SIM available for calls or messages, subject to your device’s dual-SIM capabilities.

If the plan is marked as top-up eligible in My eSIMs, you may add data there. Otherwise, purchase another AxureSIM plan for the destination and install it while you still have internet access.

Most modern eSIM-compatible devices can store multiple profiles, although the number that can remain active at the same time depends on the device model.

Yes, on dual-SIM devices you can normally keep the primary SIM for calls and texts while using AxureSIM for mobile data. Check your device settings to avoid roaming charges on the primary SIM.

Check the device specifications for eSIM support and ask the original carrier to confirm that the phone is network-unlocked. Both conditions are required before installing a travel eSIM.

Sign in with the same email used for the purchase and open My eSIMs. The QR code and manual eSIM code remain available with the order details.

Display the QR code on another screen, increase its brightness and scan it from the Add eSIM screen rather than the regular camera app. If necessary, choose manual installation and use Copy eSIM Code in My eSIMs.

Open Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Service, select Add eSIM and choose Use QR Code. Scan the AxureSIM QR code and follow the prompts. Menu names can vary slightly by iOS version and region.

An eSIM is generally tied to the device where it was installed and should not be deleted or transferred without guidance. Contact support before replacing or resetting your phone.

Most plans do not require identity documents. If a destination or network requires identity verification, that requirement should be shown as part of the applicable purchase or activation process.

AxureSIM plans are generally data-only unless the package details explicitly state otherwise. You can use internet-based calling and messaging apps or keep your primary SIM active for regular calls and SMS.

A local plan provides coverage in one specified country. Always review the destination, supported networks, data allowance and validity before purchasing.

A regional plan covers multiple listed countries with one eSIM. Coverage varies by package, so verify that every destination on your trip appears in the plan details.

A global plan covers a broad list of destinations. It does not imply identical networks or speeds everywhere; consult the package coverage list before buying.

Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Full refunds are available for qualifying non-activated plans; activated or minimally used plans are assessed under the official policy. Review the Refund Policy and email esim@axuretech.com.

For most packages, validity begins when the eSIM first connects to a supported network at the destination. Some packages may start on installation or purchase, so check the plan information before installing.

A successfully provisioned eSIM is delivered digitally after payment and is added to My eSIMs. An email is also sent to the address associated with your AxureSIM account.

Yes. Adding a data eSIM does not replace the number registered with WhatsApp. Keep access to your primary number if WhatsApp needs to verify the account again.

Available speed depends on the package, local partner network, coverage, congestion and device. 5G can be available where the selected plan and device support it, but it is not guaranteed everywhere.

Yes, for most AxureSIM plans. Enable Data Roaming specifically on the AxureSIM line so it can connect to partner networks. This setting does not by itself create an extra AxureSIM charge; usage is deducted from your prepaid plan. Select AxureSIM for mobile data and keep Data Roaming disabled on your primary SIM to help avoid charges from your primary carrier.

Hotspot and tethering are supported on many plans when the device and local network allow them. Availability can vary, so check the package details and device settings.
